صفحات 81-88مقدمههدف این پژوهش بررسی کیفیت زندگی و عوامل مرتبط با آن در مادران دارای فرزند سندرم داون بود.روشروش پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی (مقطعی) بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش، کلیه مادران دارای فرزند سندرم داون مراجعه کننده به کانون سندرم داون بودند. نمونه پژوهش حاضر 70 نفر از مادران دارای فرزند سندروم داون بودند که به صورت نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی سازمان بهداشت جهانی (WHOQOL) و پرسشنامه اطلاعات دموگرافیکی و زمینه ای بود.یافته هامیانگین نمره کلی کیفیت زندگی در این مطالعه (30/46) بوده است که از بین چهار خرده مقیاس ، سلامت محیطی کمترین میانگین نمره کیفیت زندگی را در این مطالعه داشته است (05/0p<). و سلامت روان نیز بعد از سلامت محیطی پایین ترین نمره را داشته است. همچنین میانگین سلامت محیطی بین حجم جامعه و سطح تحصیلات مادران اختلاف معناداری داشته است(05/0p<).نتیجه گیرینگرش منفی مردم نسبت به برخی کم توانایی ها و محدودیت ها، اطلاعات کم اطرافیان و جامعه ، شرایط فرهنگی- اجتماعی و اقتصادی نامناسب، سطح منابع در دسترس ناکافی از مهمترین عوامل تاثیر گذار بر کیفیت زندگی می تواند باشد. بنابراین پیشنهاد می شود سازمان های مربوطه با فراهم کردن خدمات و شرایط مناسب برای مادران کودکان سندرم داون در جهت بهبود وضعیت کیفیت زندگی و سلامتیشان برنامه ریزی و اقدامات لازم را انجام دهند.کلیدواژگان: کیفیت زندگی، مادران، سندرم داون

صفحات 89-96زمینه و هدفمهارت خودآگاهی توانایی شناخت و آگاهی دقیق از احساسات، عواطف و ویژگی های خود و ریشه ی تمام خویشتن داری های احساسی و هیجانی است. هیجانات و احساسات می تواند: توانایی زندگی در مدرسه و رابطه با همسالان، پاسخگویی و مسئولیت و اتکاء به خود، کنار آمدن با مسائل مختلف زندگی و مرگ را، به انسان دیکته کند و از طرفی خودکارآمدی سازه ی اصلی نظریه ی شناختی و اجتماعی بندورا می باشد این سازه به توانایی ادراک شده فرد در ایجاد و انجام یک کنش مطلوب اشاره می کند که خود با مهارت شناختی، پایداری رفتاری، سلامت روان، کاهش اضطراب، استرس و بسیاری دیگر ارتباط مثبتی دارد. با توجه به تحقیقات انجام شده مهارت خودآگاهی جزء مجموعه مهارتهای مقابله مدیریت شخصی قرارگرفته و در حکم مهارتی برای افزایش خودکارآمدی در نظر گرفته می شود. هدف مطالعه بررسی تاثیر آموزش مهارت خودآگاهی توام با نقاشی بر خودکارآمدی نوجوانان بی سرپرست شهر گچساران بوده است.مواد و روش هااین مطالعه نیمه تجربی شاهد دار تصادفی شده با نمونه 72 نفری و گروه آزمایش و کنترل انجام گرفته، که این 72 نفر] (36 دختر و 36 پسر) که از هر کدام 18 دختر و 18 پسر برای گروه مداخله و 18 دختر و 18 پسر برای گروه کنترل [از جامعه ی آماری 145 نفری واجد شرایط مورد نظر انتخاب شده است. محتوای آموزشی مهارت خودآگاهی توام با نقاشی طی 5 جلسه ی 120 دقیقه ای ارائه گردیده، داده ها با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه ی مهارت خودآگاهی خودکارآمدیی جمع آوری شده و توسط نرم افزار SPSS19 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است.یافته هاعامل های مورد نظر اعم از مهارت خودآگاهی(04/2±55/34)، خودکارآمدی(84/15±66/173) در گروه مداخله نسبت به گروه کنترل بعد از آموزش افزایش معنا داری پیدا کرده بودند ( 001/0>p).نتیجه گیرینتایج این پژوهش، آموزش مهارت خودآگاهی توآم با نقاشی را به عنوان روشی موثر برای ارتقاء و افزایش خودکارآمدی نوجوانان پیشنهاد می دهد.کلیدواژگان: آموزش مهارت خودآگاهی، خودکارآمدی، نقاشی، نوجوانان

صفحات 97-104هدفهدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر بخشی آموزش نوروفیدبک بر بهبود توجه مستمر جانبازان مبتلا به PTSD بود.روشطرح این تحقیق شبه آزمایشی و از نوع پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه کنترل می باشد. جامعه آماری عبارت بود از کلیه جانبازان مبتلا به اختلال PTSD بستری در مراکز اعصاب و روان و بیمارستان های روانپزشکی.نمونه گیری به روش هدفمند از میان بیمارانی که در بهار، تابستان و پاییز سال 1393 در مراکز روانپزشکی صدر، دلارام و پارسا بستری بودند به تعداد 30 نفر با در نظر گرفتن ملاک های ورود و خروج انتخاب شدند. سپس به طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (n=15) و کنترل (n=15) گمارده شدند. به گروه آزمایش، آموزش نوروفیدبک با استفاده از پروتکل آلفا- تتا داده شد و گروه کنترل هیچ آموزش نوروفیدبکی دریافت ننمود. به منظور سنجش توجه مستمر از تکلیف کاری CPT استفاده شد. پس از سنجش توجه مستمر، داده ها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس چند متغیری بررسی شدند.نتیجه گیرینتایج نشان داد که گروه آموزش نوروفیدبک به طور معنی داری میزان پاسخ حذف (P=0.000، F=17.074)، خطای ارائه پاسخ (P=0.000، F=18.515) و سرعت واکنش(P=0.044، F=4.511) را در توجه مستمر کاهش داده است.
بحث: با توجه به سوابق نظری و ارتباط امواج آلفا و تتا می توان با تکیه بر اصول زیربنایی درمان نوروفیدبک دلایل نتایج به دست آمده را پذیرفت.کلیدواژگان: نوروفیدبک، توجه مستمر، اختلال استرس پس از سانحه -
صفحات 105-112هدفشیوع رفتارهای پرخطر در میان زنان اثرات ناخوشایند زیادی بر این گروه مهم از افراد جامعه دارد و پیامدهای این رفتارها حتی می تواند اثرات ناخوشایندتری داشته باشد. به این ترتیب هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی میزان شیوع رفتارهای پرخطر در میان زنان ساکن تهران است. امید است تا نتایج این پژوهش در روشن کردن مشکلات و کمک به حل این ها کمک کننده باشد.روشپژوهش حاضر تحلیل مقطعی است و روش نمونه گیری خوشه ایچندمرحله ای اسن. 5 ناحیه شامل شمال، غرب، شرق، جنوب و مرکز و سپس 6 ناحیه از هر کدام و یک کوچه از هر کدام از این قسمت ها به صورت تصادفی برای نمونه گیری انتخاب شد. 403 زن حاضر به شرکت در پژوهش شدند که پرسش نامه بررسی رفتارهای پرخطر در اخیتار آن ها قرار داده شد.یافته هاداده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS-20 تحلیل شدند. نتایج همسان با پژوهش های انجام شده در آمریکا، اروپا و دیگر قسمت های جهان بودند و نشان دهنده روند افزایشی شیوع رفتارهای پرخطر به خصوی اعتیاد در میان زنان است.نتیجه گیریاز آن جایی که زنان در معرض رفتارهای پرخطر به خصوص در جوامع شرقی هستند، توجه به این مشکلا، بررسی دلایل و ایجاد راه حل هایی برای آن ها خیلی ضروری است.کلیدواژگان: رفتارهای پرخطر، شیوع، زنان، اعتیاد، ایران

صفحات 113-120هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی تاثیر تمرین حافظه کاری بر ظرفیت حافظه کاری و عملکرد کاراته کاران مبتدی بود. روش تحقیق نیمه تجربی و طرح آن پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه کنترل است. از بین کاراته کاران مبتدی استان البرز 24 نفر از طریق نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه کنترل و آزمایش قرار گرفتند و پیش آزمون ظرفیت حافظه کاری و عملکرد را انجام دادند. سپس شرکت کنندگان گروه آزمایش به مدت 25 جلسه تمرین های حافظه کاری را انجام دادند و در پایان، هر دو گروه در پس آزمون ظرفیت حافظه کاری و عملکرد شرکت کردند. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات، آزمون حافظه کاری عددی و فضایی، آزمون عملکرد، و نرم افزار تمرین حافظه کاری بود. برای تحلیل داده ها از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس یک طرفه استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد تمرین های حافظه کاری سبب افزایش ظرفیت حافظه کاری و عملکرد کاراته کاران گروه آزمایش شده است. بطورکلی استفاده از تمرین های حافظه کاری به عنوان یک مکمل برای تمرینات بدنی در بهبود عملکرد کاراته کاران مفید است.کلیدواژگان: تمرین حافظه کاری، ظرفیت حافظه کاری، عملکرد، کاراته کاران مبتدی

صفحات 121-128هدفمتمایز کردن اختلالات خلقی از یکدیگر می تواند به تشخیص دقیق و درمان موثر آن ها کمک کند. بنابراین تحقیق حاضر قصد دارد تا تفاوت های بین بیماران مبتلا به اختلال دوقطبی، افسردگی اساسی و جمعیت غیربالینی را در طرحواره های هیجانی شناسایی کند.روشمطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه تحلیلی مقطعی بود.نمونه تحقیق شامل 102 نفر (34 بیمار با اختلال دوقطبی، 34 بیمار با اختلال افسردگی اساسی و 34 نفر جمعیت غیر بالینی) بود که به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. آن ها از نظر سن، جنس و تحصیلات با یکدیگر همتا شدند. آزمودنی ها توسط مصاحبه بالینی ساختار یافته تشخیص داده شد و خلق شان توسط مقیاس درجه بندی یانگ و پرسشنامه افسردگی بک درجه بندی شد. GHQ هم برای جمعیت غیربالینی استفاده شد. سپس از هر سه گروه خواسته شد تا پرسشنامه طرحواره هیجانی لیهی را پر کنند. داده ها توسط روش ANOVA شدیافته هانمرات اختلال دوقطبی و افسردگی در LESSیافته ها به طور معناداری متفاوت از جمعیت غیربالینی بود. اما هیچ تفاوتی بین خودشان نبود. نمرات در مقیاس های تاییدطلبی، ارزش ها، پذیرش و ابراز به شکل معناداری در اختلال دوقطبی بالاتر بود. اما طرحواره ناسازگارانه سرزنش در بیماران افسردگی اساسی بالاتر بود.نتایجمبتنی بر نظریه لیهی، طرحواره های سازگارانه در جمعیت غیربالینی نسبت به اختلالات خلقی فعال تر هستند. هرچند که هیچ تفاوتی بین گروه های بالینی در طرحواره های سازگارانه وجود ندارد، تحقیق بیشتری لازم است تا این یافته را توضیح دهد.کلیدواژگان: طرحواره های هیجانی، اختلال دوقطبی، اختلال افسردگی اساسی

Pages 75-80ObjectiveObsessive-Compulsive disorder (OCD) is one of the greatest and debilitating disorders, which many of its patients do not respond to psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy. In this regard, paying attention to new treatments such as transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) is important. The purpose of the present research was to examine the effects of tDCS on the obsession-compulsion (OC), anxiety, and depression of a patient suffering from OCD.MethodsThe present study conducted on a 23-year-old female patient with OCD. tDCS sessions were lasted 10 days, one session per day and each session of about 20 minutes with 2.0 mA intensity. The results of Beck depression inventory, Hamilton anxiety rating scale, and Yale Brown obsessive-compulsive scale showed decrease in OC, depression, and anxiety symptoms after 10 sessions of tDCS.ResultsThe results of the present research using cathodal tDCS on orbitofrontal cortex in 10 sessions showed that this montage is a powerful and successful treatment for patients with OCD and alleviate their OC, depression, and anxiety symptoms.ConclusionThe data were analyzed by diagram analysis and improvement percentage. This study showed that anodal tDCS on O2 and cathodal tDCS on orbitofrontal cortex improved OC, anxiety and depression symptoms. Pages 81-88ObjectiveThis study aimed to evaluate the quality of life and related factors in mothers of children with Down syndrome.MethodsThe study method was correlation-survey (sectional). Sampling was based on the available population. The research population consisted of all mothers of children with Down syndrome referred to the Down Syndrome Center: out of them 70 mothers of children with Down syndrome were randomly selected for study sample. Research tools were the WHO quality of life questionnaire, as well as a demographic and background information questionnaire. Data were analyzed using SPSS-16 software and ANOVA, multiple regression analysis and t-test.ResultsThe results showed a significant association of physical health and environmental health with the housing type (P0.05).ConclusionPeoples negative attitude toward some disabilities and limitations, societys little information, inappropriate cultural, social, and economic conditions, and insufficient available resources can be the most important factors affecting the quality of life. It is recommended that the relevant organizations provide services and conditions for mothers of children with Down syndrome in order to improve their quality of life and health.Keywords: Quality of life, Mothers, Children with down syndrome

Pages 89-96ObjectiveSelf-awareness is the ability to accurately perceive the aspects of our personality, behavior, emotions, and otivations. It is the foundation of all kinds of emotional restraints. Moreover, the feeling of having control over everything is associated with improved mental health. Self-awareness skills are characterized as a set of coping and self-management skills that increase self-efficacy.MethodsThis semi-experimental randomized controlled study was conducted on 80 individuals divided into an intervention and a control group. All 80 subjects were selected from 150 eligible orphaned adolescents under the coverage of Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation. The educational intervention was conducted through five 120-minute sessions. simple random sampling and were divided into two groups using balanced block randomization The data were collected using selfawareness and self-efficacy questionnaires and then were analyzed by SPSS version 19.ResultsThe results showed a significant difference between the 2 groups regarding self-efficacy and self-awareness scores before and then 1 and 6 weeks after the intervention (PConclusionThe findings of this study showed that self-awareness training directly increased selfawareness skills and self-efficacy. Pages 97-104ObjectiveThis study aimed to evaluate the effect of neurofeedback training on improving sustained attention of veterans with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD).MethodsThe research design is quasi-experimental with pretest-posttest and control group. The study population consisted of the veterans with PTSD who were hospitalized in psychiatric wards. Purposeful sampling method was done to select 30 patients in psychiatric hospitals of Sadr, Delaram, and Parsa during spring, summer, and autumn of 2014 by considering their arrivals and departures. Then, they were randomly assigned into 2 experimental (n=15) and control group (n=15). The neurofeedback training by alpha-theta protocol was administered to the experimental group, but the control group did not receive any neurofeedback training. The sustained attention was measured by continuous performance test (CPT). After that, the data were analyzed by multivariate analysis of variance.ResultsThe results showed that neurofeedback training significantly increased the omission errors (PConclusionAccording to the findings, the relation between alpha and theta waves, and based on underlying principles, neurofeedback treatment has achieved acceptable results.Keywords: Neurofeedback, Sustained attention, Posttraumatic stress disorder, Veterans

Pages 105-112ObjectiveHigh risk behaviors among women can have detrimental consequences on this critical group of society and its increasing rate expose them to more serious dangers. In the light of these issues, the present study aimed to assess the prevalence of high risk behaviors of women living in Tehran. Hopefully, the study results may help take some measures to decrease high risk behaviors and solve some obstacles in preventing them.MethodsThe present study was a cross-sectional research. The statistical population of the study was all women residing in Tehran, Iran. A total of 403 participants were recruited through multistage cluster sampling from 5 zones of Tehran with the mean(SD) age of 21.75(2.43) years. Six parts of each zone and then 1 avenue from each part were selected randomly for completing the questionnaires. At each part after gaining participants informed consents, they were asked to fill in risky behavior survey questionnaire.ResultsThe obtained data were analyzed using SPSS-20. results indicated high prevalence of unhealthy behaviors related to quality of life, unhealthy behaviors related to driving, unhealthy behaviors related to driving and especially high prevalence of drug abuse among women.ConclusionResults demonstrating that the prevalence of high risk behaviors among women was almost similar to studies in European, American, other parts of world studies and also Iranian studies done before which show increasing rate of high risk behaviors especially addiction in women. As women are among the most vulnerable and at high risk groups, especially in Eastern societies, paying attention to their problems and searching for their causes, as well as developing solutions to help them is crucially important.Keywords: High risk behaviors, Epidemiology, Women, Addiction, Tehran

Pages 113-120ObjectiveThis study aimed to investigate the effect of working memory (WM) training on WM capacity and performance of novice karate practitioners (karateka).MethodsResearch method is quasi-experimental with a pretest posttest control group design. A total of 24 karate practitioners were selected among Alborz (Alborz Province, iran) novice karateka by convenience sampling method and were randomly assigned into control and experimental groups. They were asked to complete WM capacity test and performance test. Then, the experimental group underwent a 25 session WM training course. Finally, both group completed the tests again. Instruments of gathering data included digit and spatial WM test, performance test, and WM training software. We used 1-way analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) for data analysis.ResultsOur findings showed that WM training resulted in increase in WM capacity (F=61.87, P≤ 0.01) and performance (F=15.5, P≤0.01) of the intervention group.ConclusionWe suggest that coaches ask athletes to use WM training as a complement to physical exercises.Keywords: Working memory, Performance, Traning, Athletes

Pages 121-128ObjectiveSimilarities and differences among mood disorders can help psychiatrics in their exact diagnosis and more effective treatments. Therefore, the current research sought to identify differences between patients with bipolar disorder, major depressive disorder, and nonclinical group in emotional schemas.MethodsThe present research was a cross-sectional study. The research sample consisted of 102 subjects (34 bipolar disorders, 34 with major depressive disorder, and 34 nonclinical) that selected by convenience sampling. They were matched for sex, age, and educational level. Subjects were diagnosed by Structured Clinical Interview for DSM disorders (SCID) and their mood was rated by Young mania rating scale (YMRS) and Beck depression inventory (BDI). General health questionnaire (GHQ) was also used for nonclinical population. Then, all three groups were asked to fill out the Leahy emotional schemas (LESS). Data were analyzed by ANOVA.ResultsThe scores on LESS in patients with bipolar and major depressive disorders were significantly different from the nonclinical group. However, there was no difference between the two mood disorder groups scores on LESS in patients with bipolar and major depressive disorders were significantly different from the nonclinical groups. But there was not difference between themselves. Scores on measures of validation, values, acceptance, and expression were significantly higher in patients with bipolar disorders. But, blame maladaptive schema was greater in patients with major depressive.ConclusionAccording to Leahy theory, adaptive schemas are more activated in non-clinical population than mood disorders and as there were no differences between clinical groups in maladaptive schemas. Pages 129-135ObjectiveEducating families and caregivers of schizophrenic patients on controlling and managing the disorder, has found particular importance in clinical psychology. The present study aims to examine the effect of Psychoeducational interventions on illness management in families of schizophrenic patients.MethodsThe present study is a quasi-experimental research with pretest-posttest design, and two control groups. The study sample consisted of 30 families with a schizophrenic member. The families were selected from referrals to a psychiatric center in Tehran (during a period of 40 days) who met the inclusion criteria, and were randomly placed into three groups: an experimental group, a control group with placebo, and a control group without placebo (10 persons in each group). A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data. The experimental group received trainings (a training package) and attended a group discussion on schizophrenia. The placebo group attended similar meetings, but without educational content and group discussion, and the second control group were only assessed in the pretest and posttest. After finishing the training sessions, and following an interval of 3 months, the posttest was conducted for each group. The study data were analyzed using univariate analysis of variance (ANOVA). All statistics were carried out using SPSS software, version 11.ResultsAccording to the results, the experimental group had significantly higher gain scores (α≤0.05) than the two control groups, on the following variables: an increase in the adaptability of the patient in daily functioning, from the viewpoint of both a clinical psychologist and the patients family, an increase in the familys knowledge of the illness, and a reduction in the
adverse effects of the illness on the familys feeling and attitude.ConclusionThe present study showed that family education is effective in increasing patients adaptability and patients family knowledge, and in reducing the adverse effects of the illness.Keywords: Schizophrenic, Psychoeducation interventions, Family, Illness management
